Today we were driving in the car and cutler says

"oh gosh, I broke it"

He also says things like

"I funny"

"I fast"

"Mismis lights" (christmas lights)

So From the words of my jibber jabbering 1 year old...."Ho Ho Ho Merry Mismis"

Yes, It's True...

It only took 3 yes' and a doctors appointment to believe it.

We are really excited for number 2! Coming July 2010.

Trip to Salt Lake was Successful!

My last trip up to Salt Lake was a busy one.

I was sad I didn't have more time to hang out with family and friends,

But I enjoyed taking everyones pictures.

Blog Update

.It's been a while.

Cutler can count

and sing the ABC's

He is so polite (most of the time) and says Please and Thank You

He loves to read, and color, and still hates nursery.

He still LOVES the Price is Right.

It's so funny.... when it comes on in the morning, he is usually in the bath.

He hears the words "Come on Down"

 He starts trying to crawl out of the bath saying "PRICE! PRICE!"

He also LOVES the song Happy Birthday, and sings "happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you"

OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Where did my baby go.

I now am a mother to a toddler.

Meet Blake. The sweetest 12 year old ever.

He loves Sponge Bob, and he LOVES to swim.

 He is currently training for the Special Olympics in swimming.

Blake is my Best Friends Nephew,

and next week he is headed down to San Diego for his second Open heart Surgery.

I am going to make a trip up to salt lake  toward the end of next month.

I am trying to get a count of how many families want pictures.

Coyote Buttes- The Wave

So this week Jon has a whole week off.

We decided we needed to go do something fun.

For a while we have been wanting to hike The Wave.

But you have to have a permit, and to get a permit you either have to apply for one online, and wait years, OR you can go the day before and enter the lottery for a permit.

We decided Friday we would get up early and Drive to Paria (1 hour south of Kanab) and enter for the lottery.

We woke up at 5 (you had to be there at 8:30 am to enter) and waited until 9 for them call out the numbers. There were about 50 people there and they only give out 10 permits a day.

We were lucky number 7 the first number called of the day.

We woke up at 4 today for our hike. It was a little rainy we were worried about getting too wet and being miserable.

but the weather ended up being perfect

Jon carried the heavy man all the way up to the top

Check out this rock that looks like a hamburger. Cool huh!

We are SO sore. and we know it is going to be worse tomorrow.

But we feel so lucky that we got the opportunity to do it.

Playing at the Park

On Saturday, Jon had a Scout Day Camp at the park. Cutler and I decided to join him.

Cutler LOVES the park.

He especially loves the tube that you crawl through.

I think it is his favorite because I can't reach him.

It was a little hot as usual. We can't wait for the weather to cool down a little.

Can you believe it has been FIVE years????

Five years goes by quick when your having fun!

In five years we have...

Lived in a ghetto apartment in Orem.

Moved to a DUMP in Springville and fixed it up to the be the CUTEST house.

(I miss that house, but not the neighborhood)

Moved to St George

Went to Canada and while I was there I found out I was pregnant with....

Switched jobs 5 times.

Jon has switched 2.

laughed a lot.

and now we are

READY FOR WHAT'S NEXT!

Happy Anniversary Jon. I Love you!

I did a 'trash the dress' Session with Emily yesterday.

Don't worry mom, we didn't really Trash the Dress :)

Before I brag about Cutler, I thought I would give an update about Jon. We are home from the hospital, and he is feeling a lot better. Thanks for the prayers

Cutler is a monkey. He climbs on EVERYTHING.

He calls all food 'pizza or french fries' (the healthy stuff)

He likes to read, and sing, and give kisses.

His favorite songs are ring around the rosy, and pop corn popping.

He is old enough to go to nursery now... but HATES it. 

He is getting so big so fast!
