Christmas in Salt Lake

We ended up spending Christmas in Salt Lake because the roads were too scary to make it up to Oregon. Next year we will fly. It was fun being able to spend some time with my family and friends, but we were really sad we couldn't make it up. 

We tried to drive up on Saturday. The roads were a sheet of ice. We pulled of at Riverdale, and waited for the sun to come up to melt the roads. We called to check the road conditions, and it said that the roads continued to be icy all the way up, so we turned around.

Once there was a snowman

Look at all the snow we got! It was so much fun to wake up to a couple of inches of snow. We had to get up and make a snowman. Cutlers snowman has little devil horns made from leaves.
